Introduction

2022 was a ‘good’ run for us. We figured out the things we want to do as a brand and we are bringing all the learnings to 2023. Every month, we will share the status of the brand (numbers, activities, and so many more) with the public so that when we ‘blow’, you will know we didn’t come out from the blues.

Number of partners/sponsors we spoke to

We had a prospective partner reach out to us but we would bear all the risks of preparing the content for them so we decided to bail.

People

We grew from 3 core team members to 6 in January 2022. With two exits. Azeezat who came in as our community manager turned social manager now works as my Executive Assistant making reports such as this possible. The designer we brought on board for This or That also had to leave amicably due to process issues, we didn’t see their ability to own a project from end to end.

PS: Ownership is a core-value we don’t compromise on

Our new members include:

  • Aqua — Social Media Manager
  • Sam — Technical Content Writer
  • David — Brand Designer (leading our rebrand)

Theme for February

Extraction: We have observed that most of our long-form videos can be broken into standalone parts for people to watch so our goal is to extract as many videos as possible for YouTube long-form videos, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and Tiktok.

Follow us on social media platforms to stay updated.
